Our Mission

The CIT Help Desk exists to aid the University at Buffalo in its mission of instruction, education, and research through excellence in information technology support. Our philosophy is to proactively educate and assist the University community in answering its information technology utilization questions in the most timely, accurate, and courteous manner possible.
